totally disagree, compared to some of the other (legal) sites I've seen, this is one of the best in my (not so) humble opinion. I think it's even better than Funimation's site.

Agree with the statement above. The line-up for anime here is quite huge and amazing. Now of course they can't get every anime due to licensing restrictions but still lot of content for a legal site <3

Norway doesn't have as much content as other nations (Especially America/Canada), yet we have over 175 shows (I counted) available. I wouldn't call that a big lack of anime. Crunchyroll is constantly working at making its selection bigger, so I don't see any reason to complain. But that's just me.

The term "lack" is very subjective, and I disagree. There's more anime available to me here than I realistically have the time to watch, and I'm never lacking for options. Then again, I will watch a broad spectrum of genres, so I'm not very limiting of my options. I don't mind paying to have HD as an option, and without forced advertising to interrupt any marathon viewing, unlike another legal site we all know.

Best anime site around! Has all my current favorites, don't need to go anywhere else really.

Stay away from the forums, who am I kidding???

This site doesn't lack in anime, thanks to their extensive catalogue, but it doesn't have some of my favs, like Moribito, Black Cat, etc. For that, you just have to go to those other sites, such as Crackle, Hulu, Funi, etc.

This site is one of the best place's for legal anime, but is focused on current and emerging series, not older series.
The only rival I see is funimation, which uses Netflix and Hulu for there streaming solution. However it's limited to funimation titles. I agree there a lot of series here if I were to give it a grade I would give it a "C" but there still some great gems here, and frequently adding new series. Licensing can be expensive, or tied up and I believe Crunchyroll does the best it can: Example with Bandai Entertainment America recent collapse (they will be gone March 2013 completely), not sure how there going to untangle those license. To name a few: Akira, Banner of the Stars, Code Geass, Cowboy Bebop, Eureka Seven, Ghost in the Shell, .hack, Gundam, Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, My-Hime/Otome, Scrapped princess, Wolf's Rain, Witch Hunter Robin, etc. Some will get picked up, but some will disappear. At least with ADV's collapse, they saw it coming and sold / transferred a lot of there license to other companies. I've had to scramble to buy the dvd's for the series I want from them before the used price on several became outrageous. |

I cancelled my Netflix subscription after I discovered this site because the anime there is dying out. And I refuse to watch hulu because the ads get worse every year.
This is the best legal site for streaming anime that I've come across, and I plan to keep on supporting it with my money for the foreseeable future. |

I support CR and Funimation.
But I do have to say CR has a better anime selection And funimation has better Dubbed selections. |

DARK FLAME MASTER lol!

I hating dubbing so funimation is nothing for me. Anyways regarding CR, id say it has a great selection. There are still many of the old and new animes they dont have though, but there are other ways to see them >.<

There is a LOT of anime out there from a lot of different studios. Obviously one website can't host them all.
That said, CR seems to have the largest selection I can find yet. It doesn't hold every series I'm interested in, but realistically I don't have time to watch every series in my queue here. So, no, I'm not seeing a "big lack of anime". I see a backlog that I need to catch up on. |

Work hard, play hard, watch anime.

Best legal site around, bar none. There really isn't any reason to complain. Yes, CR isn't perfect. Yes, they can't always license stuff in all areas. However, CR continually works to improve the site and selection. The only reasons I can think someone would claim CR lacks in anime in a general sense is ignorance or entitlement. Neither are good basis for an argument.
