You mean take the opposite way home from school or work every day just to see the person as they go home? No.....that's creepy. If you mean to watch the person from the corner of your eye in the classroom/ workplace or happen to take the same way that person goes if it's in the same direction anyway then yes.

Taking their picture while fashionably leaning against some sort of fixture.
